As your company continues to grow and expand what are you most excited about?
I am most excited about our growth in the Gateway Cities of the Merrimack Valley and how that growth has a positive impact on job creation. To have the opportunity to build communities that become the catalyst for change and economic development motivates me every day.
Who Inspires You?
My family both at home and at Lupoli Companies’ inspires me everyday. Because of the endless support from my wife and children, who encourage me to run to work each day, I am able to lead a dedicated team who works tirelessly to be of service to the people in our community. I am inspired by my teams tenacity, drive and commitment to address the challenges of growth and change.

Words of wisdom for young entrepreneurs?
Take the time to write-out your ambitions and goals (both short and long-term). Develop a mental roadmap for your future and refer to it daily. Learn effective listening skills and always focus on gratitude and service.

Three or four lifestyle tips that help you stay focused and on track?
Meditate every morning for 30 minutes in a quiet and relaxing space; exercise 3 to 4 times per week (jogging, strength training and yoga); eat lean proteins and low sugar vegetables “only” & read books that empower you. This is the regimen I live by.

What is the best part of your position?
It really is helping out a tenant with a problem.  I look at every problem as opportunity.

Three or four lifestyle tips that help you stay focused and on track?
1. Spending time with my kids (I have 2 daughters 8 & 5, and they keep me busy)
2. Do something fun for yourself – I bowl in a league every Monday night; I’m not that good but we have a lot of fun!
3. Reading; I limit my tv time and offset it with as much reading as I can.

Favorite historic building or town and why?
For many years, I resided in Philadelphia PA. and worked right across from the Liberty Bell.  It was amazing to see so many people who’d pay tribute to this American landmark every day.

3 Lifestyle Tips
1. Go the extra mile in everything you do, you’ll thank yourself later.
2. Never stop learning, traveling and keeping a fresh prospective on life.
3. Prepare homecooked meals, this is a great way to winddown and spend time with family and friends.
As your company continues to grow and expand what are you most excited about?
Growing up down the street in Andover, Massachusetts I’ve watched the evolution of what is now the Riverwalk Mills. I’m excited to be a part of revitalizing this development into a mixed-use community that everyone can benefit from. Lupoli’s vision is making the Merrimack Valley truly a unique destination.

What is the best part of your position?
The many opportunities my position in our company provides to meet impressive individuals, learn new skills and techniques almost daily. Also the pleasure of seeing old mill buildings take on a new vibrant life and being fortunate enough to help facilitate the workings of these old mills has been very rewarding.

Who inspires you?
Each one of my children, every day. Watching them grow and transition from “my kids” to developing their own identity as they grow to adulthood is the greatest gift anyone could ask for.

Best advice you received and from whom?
Easy answer, “do not complain about the things we want for in life, be thankful of the many blessings you may not realize you have. Jimmy Lupoli, RIP, gave me that unsolicited advice a long, long time ago. Those words have stayed with me ever since.
